EuGMS is very pleased to present its second newsletter, in which you can find 10 sections:

• EGM at a glance, including recent articles from EGM selected by the EGM Editor in Chief, Prof. Alfonso Cruz Jentoft
• Young Geriatricians Corner, including state of the art articles for trainees selected by the EuGMS Academic Board Director, Prof. Mirko Petrovic
• the new Meet the Expert section, in which we want to present the relevant work of European Geriatricians. We start with Prof. Nicola Veronese.
• the new I am a Geriatrician in… section, in which we want to present the current situation of Geriatrics in European countries, including an insight over the daily clinical routine. We start with Poland, the next EuGMS Congress venue.
• New tools for Clinical Practice, introducing two articles about assessment tools in heart failure patients and to assess musculoskeletal ageing.
• Geriatrics CME across Europe, highlighting important meetings about Geriatrics
• and finally To keep in touch section, where you can find out where to follow EuGMS in social media networks.
This newsletter is also yours: every EuGMS member is welcome to submit proposals to further develop this newsletter. We are trying to transform the newsletter format to become more reader friendly!
